🔹 Sharing the Gospel in a Restricted Environment
Afghanistan is one of the countries where Christians face some of the most difficult circumstances in the world. Under Taliban rule, religious freedom is severely restricted. Those who were originally Muslims but later embraced Christianity may face rejection by their families, social isolation, and even threats to their lives. As a result, local Christians often have to keep their faith carefully hidden and cannot openly gather or freely share the Gospel.
In this challenging environment, Diana, a missionary from Central Asia, has had the opportunity to connect online with 12 "People of Peace" from six different regions of Afghanistan and their families for Bible study. "People of Peace" refers to individuals who are open to the Gospel, willing to learn about the Bible, and interested in building relationships with missionaries. Through ongoing fellowship and Bible study, Diana and her team hope the Gospel will reach more families, giving more Afghans the opportunity to know Jesus.
Recently, one of these families was preparing to welcome a new baby but faced severe financial difficulties and could not afford hospital and childbirth expenses. The expectant mother was under tremendous stress and anxiety, which affected her physical condition and the hormone levels needed for childbirth. Both mother and baby were at risk.
After learning about the situation, Diana and her team urgently prayed for the family. Once they understood the family's actual financial needs, they immediately provided financial assistance. By the grace of God, both mother and baby were safe! Praise the Lord!

🔹 Thank the Lord for protecting the mother and newborn. Pray that He will continue to watch over their health, help the mother recover smoothly after childbirth, and allow the baby to grow in good health and safety.
🔹 Pray that the Lord will guide Diana and her team as they continue accompanying the 12 People of Peace and their families through online Bible studies. May their hearts become increasingly open to the Gospel, may God's Word touch their lives, and may their entire families come to know Christ and turn to the Lord.
🔹 Pray that the Lord will open more doors for the Gospel to reach families throughout Afghanistan, giving more people opportunities to encounter the Bible, learn about Jesus, and find true peace and hope in His love.
