Qualifications for Supporting a Missionary
MFCI looks for workers who are willing to preach the gospel among the unreached. Through a set of criteria, we review each applicant and worker to see if they meet the conditions, thus giving an account to all those who support this ministry financially. Below are the criteria that we use to qualify any potential missionary:
1. Focused on unreached people groups
2. A clear call to missions
3. Precise description of ministry position in current ministry
4. Precise description of ministry duties in current ministry
5. Current ministry is bearing fruit
Training Local Missionaries
MFCI aims to train local missionaries to effectively reach more unreached people through local native Bible Schools, Cross-Cultural Missions Seminary or Annual Leadership Trainings.
Church Planting
MFCI assists local co-workers in each country to establish their own churches and training centers so that they can continue to do the training and raise up more missionaries among the minority groups.
