Pakistan Frontline Prayer — God Opens Hearts Even in Hostility
During the second half of last year, M2M missionary Waqar traveled to serve in a village considered to be a dangerous area in Pakistan.
There was a Shiite Muslim man in the village who strongly opposed Christianity and was very resistant toward Missionary Waqar.
However, Waqar continued to speak with him patiently and sincerely, slowly building a relationship with him.
Over time, the man’s attitude began to soften.
He became willing to listen to Bible stories about forgiveness and peace, and during prayer times, he also shared his worries about family conflict and his future.
As he experienced peace and comfort through prayer, he began seeking to learn more about the Bible.
Today, he has joined a fellowship group and continues learning about the Christian faith.
Serving among Muslim communities in Pakistan is not easy.
Many M2M missionaries must carefully build trust over a long period of time while serving under pressure and risk.
🙏 Prayer Requests
- Pray that this man will continue to grow in his understanding of the Lord and be transformed by God’s truth.
- Pray that God will give him peace, courage, and strength in his faith journey.
- Pray for wisdom, protection, and boldness for Missionary Waqar.
- Pray that God will continue opening doors for the Gospel among Muslim communities in Pakistan.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”
— Matthew 5:9 (NIV)
