India Frontline Prayer | When Jesus Enters a Person’s Life
India has a population of over 1.4 billion people and is one of the countries with the highest concentration of unreached people groups in the world. Many villages have yet to hear the Gospel. In some regions, those who choose to follow Christ may face rejection from their families, social pressure, and even legal threats or violence. Even when people desire to know Jesus, many hesitate to take a step of faith because they fear losing their families, livelihoods, or communities.
Yet God’s Gospel continues to move forward and transform lives in the most challenging places.
In the first half of this year, MFCI India M2M missionary Obed met a tea plantation driver named Arun.
For many years, Arun struggled with alcohol addiction and gambling, spending all the income he worked hard to earn. His family relationships were on the verge of breaking apart, and his wife had even considered divorce.
At first, when Missionary Obed visited their family and shared the Gospel, Arun strongly resisted and refused to believe in Jesus. But the missionary did not give up. He continued visiting, walking alongside the family, and praying for them again and again.
Slowly, God began to transform Arun’s heart.
He became willing to listen to the Gospel and began to see his wife’s love in a new way. Eventually, Arun and his wife both decided to place their faith in Jesus Christ. Through the grace of the Lord, Arun was also set free from alcohol addiction and gambling, and their family experienced healing and renewed hope.
Praise God! One life was transformed, and one family was restored and strengthened.

🔹 Pray that the Lord will open the hearts of more families in India, that they may overcome fear, boldly receive Jesus Christ, and experience true freedom and hope.
