Sudan Frontline Prayer
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear…”
— Psalm 46:1–2 (NIV)
For years, Sudan has been devastated by civil war. Countless families have been displaced, while access to medical care, food, and daily necessities remains extremely limited. Every day, people continue to live amid conflict, uncertainty, and fear.
Yet even in these difficult circumstances, many M2M missionaries have chosen to remain among their own people, faithfully sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
Please continue praying for peace in Sudan and remember the M2M missionaries faithfully serving on the frontline.
One of these workers, Pastor Waldi, has been suffering from a serious eye condition for nearly five months. He has completely lost vision in one eye, and last week his other eye, which had previously been healthy, also began to deteriorate.
Pastor Waldi traveled to Cairo, Egypt, to receive medical treatment and has now returned to his home in Sudan. However, because his eyesight continues to worsen, he is currently unable to read or write, greatly affecting both his daily life and ministry.
Please pray that the Lord will have mercy on Pastor Waldi, heal his eyes, and strengthen him with His peace and presence during this difficult season.
🙏 Prayer Requests
- Pray that God will bring peace to Sudan, end the violence and conflict, and restore hope and stability to the people.
- Pray that the Lord will completely heal Pastor Waldi’s eyes, restore his vision, and enable him to once again read God’s Word and continue serving faithfully.
- Pray that God will protect and strengthen every M2M missionary serving in Sudan, giving them His peace, faith, and strength as they continue bringing the Gospel to unreached people groups despite the dangers around them.
❤️ Thank you for faithfully standing with our frontline missionaries in prayer.
May God remember every prayer offered in faith as we continue serving together until every people group has the opportunity to hear the Gospel.
