Located in northwest Africa, Mauritania stretches across the Sahara Desert and the Atlantic coast. It serves as a bridge between North Africa and West Africa. In this land, following Jesus is not easy.
According to Open Doors, Christians in Mauritania—especially those who have converted from Islam—often face significant pressure from their families, society, and the law. As a result, many believers must practice their faith quietly.
🛡️ 【Current Situation: Pastor Kain】
At present, Pastor Kain is under police monitoring, and his personal identification documents have been withheld.
Thank God, he is still able to move freely and take care of his daily affairs. However, during this uncertain season, he greatly needs our prayers and support.

🔹 Peace: Pray that the Lord will be with him personally and remove fear, anxiety, and uncertainty from his heart.
🔹 Protection: Pray for the Lord’s protection over him as he travels and goes about his daily activities, keeping him safe from harm.

🔹 Safe Return of His Documents: Pray that the Lord will make a way for him to safely retrieve his personal documents and bring him through this difficult situation.

Even in this restricted environment, we thank God! An M2M worker shared that a young man who had once been deeply trapped in drug addiction has found freedom and a renewed life through the Lord.
He has not only broken free from his former way of life, but has also begun to honor and care for his parents, living out a beautiful testimony through his transformed life.
