Bangladesh Frontline Prayer | Faithfully Carrying the Gospel of Christ Forward, Even on Difficult Roads
Bangladesh has a population of about 177 million and is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. Many people live in rural areas, where agriculture is an important source of income for families. However, because much of Bangladesh is low-lying, monsoon rains, floods, and overflowing rivers often affect daily life, farming, and transportation. For people living in remote villages, traveling to schools, medical facilities, and other essential services remains a real challenge.
Bangladesh is also home to many diverse people groups. According to Joshua Project, there are currently 277 people groups, of which 255 are still considered unreached. About 98.9% of the population lives among unreached people groups, while Christians make up only about 0.5% of the population. The national literacy rate is around 74%, and tens of millions of people still lack basic reading and writing skills.
These densely populated rural and remote areas are home to many unreached people groups. They are also the mission fields where M2M missionaries must travel long distances and faithfully return again and again.

M2M missionary Mohiddin and his team have been faithfully traveling to remote areas of Bangladesh to serve unreached people groups. The roads leading to these villages are often rough and difficult, and changing weather conditions make each journey challenging. Every time they enter an unfamiliar village, they may face new difficulties along the way.
Yet we thank God that He goes before them and prepares hearts even before they arrive. During the past six months, the team visited three new villages and shared the Gospel with 20 people. Four Muslims made a decision to follow Jesus, and two new believers are preparing to be baptized. Seeds of the Gospel are quietly beginning to grow in these remote villages.
