Sudan Frontline Prayer —May the Gospel Bring Comfort and Strength

Pastor Peter, an M2M missionary in Sudan, recently shared an update from the field.

Due to airstrikes late last year, communication networks were disrupted, making it impossible for him to send complete ministry reports for several months. Only recently was he able to reconnect and provide an update.

He asks believers around the world to continue praying for peace in Sudan.

The conflict remains intense, and many families have lost loved ones, homes, and their means of survival. People urgently need protection, shelter, food, and basic necessities.

In the mission field, a lack of supplies and difficult transportation continue to be major challenges. Some remote communities can only be reached after walking more than five hours, making evangelism and pastoral visits extremely difficult.

There is also a serious shortage of Bibles and Christian resources, especially Arabic-language Bibles.

Yet even in the midst of hardship, God continues to open doors for the Gospel. Mission workers have opportunities to meet unreached people and share the hope of Christ with them.

The team is currently planning to establish a ministry center in Sudan to train Christian workers, support church planting efforts, and strengthen mission outreach. They also hope to improve transportation access for ministry in remote areas.

🙏 Prayer Requests

▪ Pray that many people who have not yet heard the Gospel will come to know Christ and find hope in Him.

▪ Pray for protection and provision for families affected by the conflict.

▪ Pray for evangelism and pastoral ministry in remote communities.

▪ Pray for the provision of Arabic Bibles and other Christian resources.

▪ Pray for the future ministry center and worker training programs.

▪ Pray that the Gospel will continue to spread even during difficult times.

“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”
— Hebrews 6:19
