To see every people group in the world engaged with an indigenously led church planting movement. To form a global network of local churches, denominations, church planters, and mission agencies that are willing to work together in partnership to see church planting initiatives launched among the 615 Unengaged, Unreached People Groups (UUPGs) with populations over 5,000.
